Peter & Debbie Welcome you to Broadlands Lakes Fishery, Hampshire

Just off the M27 nr Romsey, known as the most beautiful coarse fishery the south has to offer, with over 30 acres of water set on an 82 acre estate with breath taking wildlife surrounding you in this peaceful location

Broadlands lake is fed from the chalk stream rivers of the famous river Test and is now a well established fishery , in one year alone over 4000 double figure carp were caught including more than 500 over 20lb's.

Carp up to 37lb+ , Grass Carp to 25lb+ , Pike to 30lb+ , Tench to 8lb+ , Roach to 3lb+, Bream to 14lb+ & Eels to 10lb+ have been recorded .There are special features for the disabled angler including lakeside fishing secure platforms & lakeside carpark

** Please be aware that the main lake will be closed for the final of the BCACMonday 12th September 0800  to Sunday 18th September  at 14.00 - The Lower and Match lakes will remain open **

Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance

Broadlands lakes has given the lakes over to our air ambulance to hold a 24hr charity carp fishing match to be held on the 6th & 7th June 2012.

 The cost is £10.00 to enter with £140.00 of sponsorship.

Entry forms can be downloaded from www.hiow-airambulance.org.uk.

Over 16's - places limited to 60

Under 16's - places limited to 25

There will be a prize for the most sponsorship raised by one person

At the same time a car boot sale and stall sale will take place in the back field over the two days.

The Broadlands Bream Challenge!

For every bream caught from the main lake and transfered, by a baliff, to the match lake Broadlands will donate £1 to one of the three charities we support:

Carping for Cancer (Orchid Male Cancer Appeal)

Piam Brown Ward (Wessex Paediatric Oncology Centre)

Help For Heros (help the wounded Servicemen and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq)

 

So if you bag a Bream on the main lake, call Pete straight away on 07967076049 and a baliff will be along to safely transfer it to the match lake, let him know your choice of charity and you will have supprted a great cause!
